Currency Conversion
While all care has been taken in making available and maintaining the Currency Conversion Rates displayed on this site, such conversion rates are estimates only of currency conversions that may apply to a transaction. These rates are provided for information purposes only without express or implied warranty. The Currency Conversion Rates should not be relied upon as actual currency conversion rates that may be applied to any particular transaction as such rates will frequently fluctuate over time and vary between various financial providers.
Shipping Information
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. Dispatch will normally be within 48 hours of receipt of your payment. We use a number of couriers such as UPS, DHL and City Link. The courier we choose may vary. However for high value items such as the Complete Colour Analysis Training Kit we use a secure sign-for delivery service with online tracking. A proof of delivery signature is required.
If you choose PayPal as your preferred payment method there may be a delay of up to 4 working days before shipping whilst we await the completion of the PayPal funds transfer. The primary payment option via our secure payment system does not incur such delays.
If you have chosen one of the payment instalment plan options, your goods will be shipped when the agreement fee in your Instalment Plan has successfully been processed by the bank. You will be notified by email when your order has been despatched.
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated according to country of delivery and will be added before final payment is requested.
Despatch information
When you purchase the Complete Colour Analysis Training Kit, your colour supplies, such as drapes and fabric fans, will be shipped separately, from a separate warehouse.
Delivery times
UK delivery is expected to take 1 - 2 working days from despatch. International delivery is expected to take 3 - 5 working days from despatch. Some destinations may take more than 5 working days.
Returns Information
If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them to us by post for a replacement or refund. The refund policy is shown below. Kielder Computers Ltd are based in the EU and you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of goods (whichever is longer).
The cost and responsibility for returning goods safely lies with the customer. We recommend a secure signed for delivery service to ensure proof of delivery. Return the product in its original packaging, including all contents, including packing slip.

Refund policy
Shipping costs are not refundable. Payment plan administration fees are not refundable. A re-stocking fee of up to 20% of the gross order value is deductable from the refund amount. The re-stocking fee may vary according to the condition of the returned goods and the costs incurred by Kielder Computers Limited shipping the goods to the customer. For colour supplies, a refund is only available when the wrapper seals have not been broken.
Availability
We try to make sure we only show items on the site if they are currently available. If you place an order for something which isn't available we will contact you by telephone or email as soon as possible after you place your order. All orders are subject to availability.
Security
Improvability uses a "secure" server so your credit card information is protected. We do not hold your payment details on file. Once we have processed your order we erase your information. This increases our security - if we do not have this information, it cannot be read by anyone else. Visit the security page for more information.

Payment methods
We do not accept personal or company cheques. We accept only the following credit / debit cards in payment: Visa credit / debit cards, Mastercard credit / debit cards, Maestro debit cards.
We won't ask you for any payment until we've made sure that all the goods on your shopping list have been validated. Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them, ensuring the highest level of security at all times.
The transaction will appear on your credit / debit card bill in your own currency and be itemised as 'Kielder Computers Ltd'.
Pricing Information
All information including prices are correct at the time of publishing. Kielder Computers Limited is a UK-based business. All prices quoted are in Great British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are quoted exclusive of VAT sales tax unless stated otherwise. Taxes relevant to your country of origin will be calculated and added before final payment is requested. You may use a currency converter to calculate the price in your own currency. However, use this for information only and you cannot rely on this being the same rate of conversion used by your credit / debit card company at the time the payment is processed. The transaction will appear on your credit / debit card bill in your own currency.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
European (EU) customers pay VAT (sales tax). VAT is itemised and automatically added at the checkout for EU customers only. A VAT invoice is available on request for EU customers.
Customs Taxes
International customers may be liable for import taxes. These are duties levied by your own government's Customs office. Contact your local Customs Tax Office for details prior to purchase.
